What is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is a levy applied in Barcelona and other cities in Catalonia. It is collected by accommodations, who are responsible for charging it to the guests. This tax is regulated by a Catalan law and aims to fund the city’s maintenance and the improvement of its infrastructure, such as public transport, cleanliness, and tourist areas.

How to get from the airport to the city center?
There are several ways to reach downtown Barcelona from El Prat Airport, which is 14 kilometers away.
One option is to use the Barcelona Card, which allows you to travel on public transport to the city center. You can take metro line 9, bus 46, or the train from terminal 2.
Another convenient and fast option is the Aerobús, which takes about 30 minutes and stops at both terminals and several points in the city. Finally, you can take a taxi upon your arrival at the airport.

¿Cuál es la mejor forma de moverse por la ciudad?
Barcelona cuenta con una excelente red de transporte público que conecta el centro de la ciudad con las principales puertas de llegada: aeropuerto, estación de tren y puerto. En este enlace puedes consultar la mejor manera de cubrir el desplazamiento.

If we cannot meet the check-in/check-out time, can we leave our luggage somewhere while we visit the city?
We always try to be flexible with check-in and check-out times. However, if we have another check-in/check-out on the same day, we would need to follow the standard check-in time (3:00 PM).
If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at our office, located in the same building, which is open from 10 AM to 5 PM.
When will my security deposit be refunded?
Your security deposit will be refunded once we confirm that the apartment is in good condition (as it was upon check-in) and that no items are missing or damaged.
The refund process may take some time, depending on your bank.
What should I do if there is an issue with the apartment or if something breaks during my stay?
If you encounter any issues or something isn’t working properly during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible at +34 932 906 741.
If something gets accidentally damaged, please inform us right away. Depending on the situation, our maintenance team will address the problem promptly to ensure your comfort.
Is smoking allowed inside the apartment?
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments in accordance with Law 28/2005, of December 26, on health measures.
However, ashtrays are provided on the balconies, and we kindly ask that smoking be limited to those areas only.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome! However, they are not permitted on the furniture and should not be left unattended in the apartment.
Please note that pets can only be accommodated with prior notice.

How does the apartment cleaning work?
The apartments are thoroughly cleaned and fully equipped with all necessary amenities (broom, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) to ensure you can maintain cleanliness during your stay.
Should you require additional cleaning services, please let us know. We offer various options (full cleaning, partial cleaning, towel changes, etc.), and we will be happy to provide you with details and pricing.
Do the apartments have parking spaces?
We do not have private parking spaces for our apartments. Parking in the area can be challenging. Street parking is marked with different colors:
White zones are free to park. Blue zones are for visitors, with a time limit (usually 2 hours). Green zones are for residents, also with time and schedule limits.
If you’d like to park in a public underground paid parking lot, feel free to ask us, and we will provide all the necessary information.
